Galería del Jerez / Colección Roberto Amillo is best understood as a museum-bodega and collection-led project rather than a conventional producer. Located in the historic centre of Jerez, it brings together Roberto Amillo’s major private collection of objects linked to Sherry and Brandy de Jerez with a small wine space associated with Bodegas Altanza and the Colección Roberto Amillo name.

The wine side of the project has included small-format old Jerez bottlings such as Amontillado, Oloroso, Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximénez, alongside Brandy de Jerez.
