TASTING NOTE

Bodegas Tradición was founded in 1998 with a singular purpose: to acquire and preserve the oldest, most exceptional soleras in Jerez and present them with complete transparency — no filtration, no fining, no commercial adjustment. The Fino is the youngest wine in the portfolio, around seven years of age, and already reflects the house’s insistence on quality over accessibility.

The colour is pale gold with greenish highlights. The nose is expressive and complex for a wine of this age: chalk and albariza mineral, chamomile, green almond and a deeper biological note than most young Finos achieve. The palate is dry, well-structured and precise, with excellent natural acidity and a long, saline, slightly bitter finish. A Fino that rewards attention rather than refreshment — a fitting introduction to one of Jerez’s most philosophically coherent producers.
